Jennifer Kinder

Jennifer brings over 20 years of experience in facilitating both virtual and in-person workshops, as well as in leadership and career coaching. She has worked with clients in the government, academic, and private sectors, covering topics like rewards and recognition, telework, tactical thinking, and leadership fundamentals. As an executive coach, Jennifer provides a trust-based environment where clients can explore their goals at their own pace, sharpening skills like communication, conflict resolution, and achieving a work-life balance.

Recently, she has expanded her individual coaching skills to team coaching, guiding teams towards cohesiveness and efficiency. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications and Psychology from Towson University and holds certifications from the International Coach Federation, Gallup CliftonStrengths, Team Coaching Studio, The Academies, DiSC, and TKI.
